Biomass Charcoal Making Process
Beston biomass charcoal manufacturing machine mainly use the biomass carbonization technology to process the biomass waste into biomass charcoal, and some details of the charcoal production process are listed here:
1. Before putting the raw materials into the raw material, you need to make sure that the water content is below 20% and the size is around 50 mm. If not, you can use the dryer and crusher to achieve the standard.
2. The carbonization host needs pre-drying before the carbonization process begins, and when the carbonization process starts for 15-20 minutes, you can get the biomass charcoal.
3. The combustible gas produced during the carbonization process can also be recycled through the special device. The whole set of de-dusting system can clean the combustible gas, then the combustible gas is piped to the condenser, which can separate the tar and wood vinegar out. After this process, the combustible gas will be led out and used to heat the carbonization plant.
