The Carbonization Process for Making Charcoal is as follows:
1. Check whether the raw material can reach the standard. The water content is below 20% and the size is around 50 mm. Otherwise, we can provide you with the crusher and dryer.
2. Before the carbonization process starts, you should pre-heat the host for 30 minutes.
3. The raw material will be conveyed into the carbonization host automatically and uniformly. After 15-20 minutes, you may get charcoal. The charcoal will be discharged automatically after the cooling system. As for the combustible gas, it will be cleaned by the purification system. Then it will be sent into the condenser, which can help you get the tar and wood vinegar. At last, the combustible gas is led out by the draft fan to heat the host.
